What am I thinking?
Also, I promise that I'm not
that short. Saban's stool at Gatsby's was taller than mine.

The disappearing home advantage - Alex Marvez
In turn, some season-ticket holders re-sell tickets that land in the hands of opposing fans.
"If you're forced to pay for two preseason games, you've got to make up that money somehow to break even," said Doug, founder of the
phinatics.com web site. "Then there are people just in the business of brokering tickets."
That's actually good news for Doug, a Birmingham, Ala. resident who started organizing select road trips for fellow Dolphins fans in 2004. Doug said he purchases blocks of tickets from the Dolphins and other teams that offer group sales. If necessary, he then fills remaining ticket requests by purchasing seats off the Internet.
Doug organized a 40-person trip to Houston earlier this season that included members of a Dolphins fan club in El Paso, Texas, that came from roughly 750 miles away. Ford said fans from as far away as Alaska and Canada attended a November gathering in South Florida for the Dolphins-Minnesota game.
Doug doesn't sell individual tickets but a package that includes a hotel room, transportation to the game and parties with former and current Dolphins as featured guests. Doug said a three-day weekend for the Vikings game cost $520 a person based on double occupancy, although guests have to arrange their own airfare.
