Miami Dolphins Rush Past Raiders

The Miami Dolphins crushed the Oakland Raiders Sunday to the tune of 35-13.  The Dolphins rushed for 263 yards, most of which came in the second half against a tired Oakland Raider defense.  Reggie Bush ran the ball 26 times for 172 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Lamar Miller added 10 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown.

Ryan Tannehill looked much much better this week than he did last week.  He didn’t turn the ball over against the Raiders and came up with big plays to Brian Hartline seemingly all day long.  Tannehill finished 18/30 with 200 yards and a TD.  He also added a rushing TD that came on the first drive of the game.

The Dolphins move to 1-1 on the season and looked extremely better than they did last week.  They took advantage of what had to be a tired opponent, and were able to pull away from them in the second half.  The Raiders were playing on a short week, had to fly from the west coast to the east coast, played an early game, and had to wear their black jerseys in the heat and humidity of south Florida.

The Dolphins now prepare to play host to the hated New York Jets next week
